CriptoNio Wins Audience Award at Falling Walls Lab Brazil 2022

Our CriptoNio application won the Audience Award today at the Falling Walls Lab Brazil 2022 event. Presented by our CEO, Danilo Sande, the solution stood out among the other presentations, receiving the award at the end of the event.

The Falling Walls Lab Brazil 2022 was an international event that brought together researchers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to discuss and present the latest innovations and trends in science and technology. Held in São Paulo, Brazil, in November 2022, and broadcasted live over the internet, the event aimed to promote knowledge exchange and collaboration between different scientific and business communities to stimulate the development of innovative solutions for global challenges.

The Falling Walls Lab is an international 3-minute pitch presentation competition where researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals showcase their innovative ideas and solutions for global challenges. The competition is organized annually by the German Centre for Science and Innovation (DWIH) and takes place in various countries around the world. Participants are selected to present their ideas to a jury of experts and business leaders who evaluate the presentations and award the best works.

The Brazilian version of the event was an initiative of DLR and the German Embassy in Brazil, in partnership with the University of São Paulo (USP) and the Center for Research and Development in Information Technology (CEPID). The event had more than 100 participants, including researchers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from across Brazil and other countries.

The program of Falling Walls Lab Brazil 2022 included lectures and discussions on the latest trends and developments in science and technology, including innovations in areas such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, energy, environment, and health. Additionally, the event provided an opportunity for participants to present their research and projects, allowing them to share their ideas and receive feedback from other experts and business leaders.

One of the main attractions of Falling Walls Lab Brazil 2022 was the presentation of the pitch competition finalists’ works, which took place during the event. The finalists presented their innovative ideas to solve global challenges, including health, energy, environment, and technology. The presentation of the works was followed by a question and answer session, where participants could learn more about the ideas presented and discuss possibilities for collaboration and investment.

CriptoNio is an evolution of Nivelamento Online, incorporating new technology, features, and content, with rewards in cryptocurrencies. It is a PC and mobile game with a question and answer system, tips, videos, personalized missions, level progression system, multiplayer, performance reports, and rankings, aiming to engage the player and increase their knowledge for the ENEM (Brazilian National High School Exam). The game allows players to be remunerated in the form of cryptocurrencies, depending on their performance and frequency in activities, and also features NFT avatars.
