Centelha
The Centelha Program aims to stimulate innovative entrepreneurship through training for the development of products (goods and/or services) or innovative processes. Additionally, it supports the generation of technology-based companies by providing non-repayable economic subsidy resources and an Innovative Extension Technology Grant, transforming innovative ideas into ventures that incorporate new technologies into the strategic economic sectors of the State of Paraná.
Catalisa ICT
To bridge the gap between academia and the market, Sebrae created Catalisa ICT, an acceleration journey that provides researchers with training in management, mentorship, project moments, and access to the business world.
For Catalisa ICT, Brazil needs innovative technology-based businesses to accelerate its economic and social development. A significant amount of knowledge is produced in Brazilian universities and needs to be applied to generate innovations. Thus, it will be possible to implement research, development, and innovation plans and projects that result in the creation of innovative businesses and the transfer of technology.
RHAE
The Human Resources Training Program in Strategic Areas (RHAE) was a pioneering initiative created in 1987 through a partnership between the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MCTI) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). It aimed to integrate master’s and doctoral degree holders into private companies, preferably micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. The program’s goal was to train and empower human resources involved in applied research or technological development projects, fostering increased interaction between universities and businesses.
