Catalisa ICT selects CriptoNio in Innovation Plans call

CriptoNio, our educational solution with NFTs and cryptocurrencies designed to motivate high school students in their studies, an application developed from Nivelamento Online, has been chosen by Catalisa ICT, a Sebrae program that helps research projects become innovative businesses.

To bridge the gap between academia and the market, Sebrae created Catalisa ICT, an acceleration journey that provides researchers with management training, mentoring, project moments, and access to the business world.

Catalisa ICT is an initiative that transforms Science into GDP. It supports Masters/Master’s students and PhD students from Brazilian universities in creating high-tech companies, true Deep Techs. With a specific business track for those involved in technological research, Catalisa ICT is the result of a partnership between Sebrae and Anprotec, ANPEI, INPI, CNPq, MCTI, Confap, Fortec, among other partners who believe in this project.

For Sebrae, Brazil needs innovative technology-based businesses to accelerate its economic and social development. A significant amount of knowledge is produced in Brazilian universities and needs to be applied to generate innovations. Thus, it will be possible to implement research, development, and innovation plans and projects that result in the creation of innovative businesses and technology transfer.

The selected companies, called Deep Techs, are startups or products that use applied scientific research to propose innovative solutions to society’s problems. They cover various sectors such as Agriculture and Aquaculture, Education, Equipment for Industrial Processes, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics, Food and Beverage Industry, Construction Industry, Oil, Gas and Energy Industry, Chemical Industry and New Materials, Health and Medical-Hospital Services, Socioenvironmental and Forestry Sustainability, Information and Communication Technology.

CriptoNio

CriptoNio is an evolution of Nivelamento Online, incorporating new technology, features, and content, with rewards in cryptocurrencies. It is a PC and mobile game with a question and answer system, tips, videos, personalized missions, level progression system, multiplayer, performance reports, and rankings, aiming to engage players and increase their knowledge to prepare for ENEM. The game allows players to be remunerated in the form of cryptocurrencies, depending on their performance and frequency in activities, and it includes NFT avatars.
